INKADI

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 July 2026

Inkadi is a private appointment manager for tattoo artists. This policy explains what data the app handles and how. In plain terms: your business data stays on your device, and we do not run servers that collect it.

Who we are

Inkadi (“the app”, “we”) is developed by an independent developer. For any privacy question, contact jbcgrafik@gmail.com.

Data stored on your device

Everything you enter — clients, appointments, notes, deposits, prices, and any reference photos you attach — is stored locally on your device only. It is not uploaded to us and we cannot see it. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it. We do not operate a backend that receives your records.

Reminders

When you send a reminder, the app composes a message and hands it to your phone’s own Messages/share sheet (SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp, etc.). You choose whether to send it. Your clients’ contact details never leave your device through us, and clients do not need to install anything.

Photos

If you attach reference images, the app asks permission to access your photo library. Selected images are stored locally with the appointment. They are not uploaded to us.

Subscriptions

Inkadi Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through the Apple App Store (and Google Play on Android). Payments are processed by the platform, not by us — we never see your card details. Subscription status is managed with the help of RevenueCat, which receives an app-generated identifier and purchase/receipt information to unlock your subscription across your devices. See also Apple’s Privacy Policy.

What we do not do

Inkadi contains no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs, and does not sell or share your data. We do not build a profile of you or your clients.

Children

Inkadi is a business tool intended for professionals and is not directed at children under 13.

Your control

Because your data lives on your device, you control it directly: edit or delete any client or appointment in the app, or remove everything by deleting the app. You can cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
